Disgusting behaviour from Game staff member

Today I recieved a call from a lady calling from game asking if I can take her call as they want to increase my limit as I'm such a good customer I asked her what is my current limit she say let me check for you She comes back and say oh sorry you don't meet the criteria....I tell her don't you check this before calling she say well Tara ,I stop her and asked why are you talking like I'm you're friend I'm you're customer don't call me on my name she's has this huge attitude and say that you're name speaking over me raising her voice to a point where she was shouting at one point .I wasn't sure if I must be in shock for this woman's behaviour and said don't call me again she was still sprouting and I just dropped the call To Game and the woman that called me you were rude and you're behaviour was disgusting you should never deal with a customer if you have that type of ways on the phone if this is the type of staff Game recruit I feel sorry coz you will loose you're customers .I'm not upset about the limit as I was never interested in an increase but you're behaviour need some work on .
