Disgusting behaviour

On Sunday 15/11/2015, I went to Game Empangeni to purchase a chest freezer. what a mistake. I had purchased some appliances from them in the past and had problems, This time around, I assumed that the problems were resolved. From Incorrect pricing of the product and a query to *********** staff that give you wrong information. I eventually got to the store Manager Mr Ivan Perumal who seemed upset that I disturbed his time with his family. He accused me of throwing things out of proportion. The last time I was told not to take a product with a higher warranty as it would work out cheaper to take an alternate product with a Game warranty. It worked out to be more. Yesterday I was informed that I would get 20% off a product to use towards delivery. Only to find out its actually 20%of the delivery cost which I had asked a salesman, the RCS lady and a manager about. they eventually called someone external to verify as delivery does not have a barcode. Ivan then has the audacity to tell me to go to Richardsbay if I am not happy as he is apparently trying to help.
