Disgusting and unprofessional service

Game in Midrand boulders mall is the worst shop ever. Infact, the whole game retail shop is so unprofessional and useless. I'm waiting for the day this giant retail shop shuts down because it doesn't care about customers. They have blamed me and my husband for their stupid mistake. We app**** for a secondary card and they registered the card as a replacement card, to my suprise i have been buying using that card and no one picked it up. That's how unprofessional they are coz they don't know their jobs. And now they blamed me and hubby for their error in capturing our secondary information. I would recommend every one to cancel their accounts because game is full of unskilled people who dont know their jobs and how to treat customers in an ethical way.
