DISGUSTING AND HUMILIATING SERVICE FROM GAME ONLINE

I have had the most disgusting service from Game online , I bought a Hisense Fridge on the 21/08/2020 and was only delivered on the 02/09/2020 which I was not too worried about as I had just moved to Jhb

Upon delivery of the fridge i opened and realised that the top door wasn't closing. I immediately called Game they asked for pictures which i have sent immediately and was told not to use the fridge . Nevertheless that i had bought groceries which needed to refrigerated . I have calling them everyday on a regular basis and emailing with no response to my mails and they keep telling me that they will send out someone in 2 WEEKS TIME ,SO I AM SUPPOSED TO SIT FOR 2 WEEKS WITH NO FRIDGE . I asked for a REFUND WHICH THEY DECLINED TO , I asked for a replacement WHICH THEY ALSO DECLINED TO DO . I have since been sitting with NO FRIDGE AND NO REFUND FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND STILL NO ONE HAS BEEN TO UPLIFT, INSPECT OR REPLACE THE FRIDGE

This is utterly disgusting service from such a reputable establishment how can someone in this day and age be expected to sit no fridge , all of my food is rotten nad having to live on takeways

AS GAME REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE AND WILL ADVISE EVERYONE NEVER TO SHOP AT GAME ONLINE AS THEIR SERVICE IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING . I HAVE STAYED AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF THEM NOT KNOWING WHAT AM I GOING TO DO . TILL THIS DAY THE 18/09/2020 IM STILL SITTING WITH A BROKEN FRIDGE WHICH THEY REFUSE TO PICK AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND . DUE TO A FACTORY FAULT I MUST NOW SIT AND SUFFER
