Disgusting and disappointing service

Today 2020/07/09 at about 16:45 we went to a Game in King Williams Town Metlife Mall in the Eastern Cape to buy a heater because our old one was broken.

At the entrance of the Mall the Security guard asked where we were going and we told him and he said we could go in because there was no queue for Game stores.

When we got to the door it was closed because only a certain number of people is allowed inside at a time so we waited, after a few minutes the security guard inside told us to go and queue outside the Mall and we told her that we were told to come inside by the guards at the door because there was no one there queuing for Game.

At that point there were also a few other people standing behind us waiting also saying they were told to come in by the guards at the entrance of the Mall,the guard at the door opened the door to let in someone and we went inside with the other people that were behind us.

We found the heater and went to pay, when we got to the cashier a lady wearing Game uniform told the cashier not to help us and also pointed at the other people who came in with us.She also told all the other cashiers not to help us.

We were ignored and no one wanted to help us, we tried asking for the store manager but no one helped us they just ignored us.

I'm am truly disappointed and disgusted by the Game employees, I have never been so humiliated and treated so badly by a shop before.
