Disgusting

I placed an order on the 1st of May 2021. My order was despatched on the 3rd on Monday but it has not arrived after countless emails & calls now the lady I was speaking to has gone Awol. They take 7-10 days & today is the 10th day but they do not know what's wrong with my order as it was despatched then reversed again but they do not know why!!!! Money has been taken out of my account & I ordered a present for my son. Order no#***. Someone get back to me immediately as I want my order I do not want any refunds but Game has lost a customer shame
