Disgusted!!!!!!inService

Hi I'm so disgusted in the cust service received when calling their accounts department......wanted to do a purchase at Builders Warehouse on the 5 May 2018 after getting quote for my items .when arriving at till points needed to call for auth....as to the consultant told me that they r of line irrespective the time we had to wait cause they told us that technicians r working on the problem and they don't know wen the systems will be fixed.Eventually my husband decide to pay cash due to the time frame we had as to needing that building material for the builder who is already waiting at our house.MONEY waisted on paying for the purchase that was never included into our budget at that time.And to top it off I called customer service again today to find out about benefits on in the account......a lady /consultant with the name Kyla assist me giving all my details that she ask she put me on hold for 15min telling me she need to access my account .....after holding on the line with my rtime almost 20min I decided to hang up.Really they don't have any s****s of helping and assisting cust the right way.
