Disgusted with the Service at Game Knysna

Absolutely disgusted in the service that I'm receiving from Game Knysna Stores I bought a Hisense Automatic washing machine in February and it broke about a month ago. I went to the store to lay a complaint and the technicians was sent out to check what the issue was which was a 2 days later

To date we haven't heard anything back and every time I go instore to follow up I get sent to a different person and its becoming tiring as no one can give me answers or the people are off so the next person cannot assist.

I phoned them again today and heard the guys I initially spoke to are both not there and I was sent to the head office to query about it

Phoned there Head Office but received no luck as the number just rang

They were quick to take my money but now is off no assistance

How long do I still have to wait to get the correct answer as no technician came out again and its a month later already

I want my money back
