Disgusted with service from game gateway

I had a bad experience with game gateway and posted my experience on hellopeter. The Manger of game gateway called me on the day i made the post and assured me that he would check with tivo and call me back. This was on the 5 th march to date i have not received a call. Does Game treats all there customer like this ? Game is a waste of time and energy i will visit the ombudsmen at pavilion and check how they can help me
