Disgusted with Games online services!

I am highly disappointed with the services i am receiving from game online. I recently purchased a fridge and washing machine online from game on 11/07/2022, they said i should expect delivery on 18/07/2012. I waited for my delivery and nothing came, i then called into the customer care call center & they told me they dont have stock of the goods which were advertised and that I purchased. They said i must wait while they source stock, i waited & weeks passed with no feedback. I then called in requesting credit to purchase instore, they told me they can’t do it. I asked for my refund of 8k + and that to has been a problem, they keep saying they escalating it to head office to action the refund and then i will only receive my money back 7-14 days from date of the refund actioned, which up until today theres been no progress. I am upset cause these are essentials that i now have to live without & they aren’t giving my money back and no one can assist. I asked to speak with head office and i was told they not allowed to transfer the call. I have never received such pathetic service!
