Disgusted with Game online support

I purchased a sleeper couch on black Friday upon delivery we noticed the couch was damaged. On 30 Nov 2020 I contacted game online support. I was asked to send pics of the damages which I did. To date I didn't receive a new couch. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and no one is assisting me. The staff are just inefficient and don't care.
