Disgusted with customer service at Game,Pretoria

Visited Menlyn park Games to purchase large appliances. No salespeople on the floor to help. We were then referrer to Solly who was helping multiple customers at the same time. We walked out disgusted. The following day we returned asking for Solly again but he was too busy to help. Eventually a lady from warranties helped us to purchase what we required. Included in our purchase of R18 692 was a dstv hd decoder worth R799.No one was there to advise us on the above purchase of the same. We are from Durban and needed the appliances ASAP. We were promised delivery will be done the following morning but to no avail. Upon installation of the decoder we realised that we should have gone for the explora but no one advised us.Upon phoning the store there was no staff available to help over the phone.I want to purchase the explora and return the decoder I have but no one seems to be available to take my call besides the lady from warranties.I am prepared to pay the balance and upgrade to the explora decoder.
