Disgusted service from Game Online

Dealing with them is a total nightmare and I would not advise ANYONE to buy online, I bought a stand on the 3rd of May, its almost a month know-No stand received nor the refund and I dont know what kind of customer service is that- I'm irritated and never buying there again(This was after I thought I'm giving them a second chance after receiving my fridge after 2 months)
