Disgusted in service at Game for pensioners

I'm doing this query on behalf of my parents, MARIAM & EBRAHIM BREDENKAMP, pensioners ( 70 years old). They bought a WHIRLPOOL 15 kg top loader washing machine at GAME Mountainmill Mall, Worcester on 13/12/2017. My mother has countless problems and issues, for a year, with the washing machine from not running the full cycle, to stinking water, wet clothing and the list goes on. She reported everything to Game where they send out technicians every time. On 22/12/2018 (the 4th time) they replaced the motherboard yet there has been NO solution after that. I phoned Game and spoke to Malcolm Smith, salesman who sold it to them, he said he was aware of the problems but has to send the technicians out again for the last report and will send it to his area manager. The technicians came on 15/01/2019 and the machine is still very much problematic. My elderly parents has to take trips weekly to the mall to complain and they get nothing but excuses and empty promises. On 22/03/2019 they spoke to the manager, Stacey Gordon who informed them that they are having no luck getting hold of anyone at Whirlpool to resolve this matter. I am totally disgusted and disappointed at the so called customer service my elderly parents have received. I struggle to comprehend how difficult it could be to replace a problematic machine that was paid in cash and is still under guarantee.

I urge you to please resolve this matter urgently.
