Disgusted Game

Once again I am disgusted with the level of customer service at Game. I have one again called and mailed consistently every second day and no one gets back to me. When you do eventually get hold of someone either the call is cut or the person on the line is no DAMN help at all. You online store is embarrassing and customer service is shocking. There is one gentleman I will give thanks to and that is Quinton. Even though he could not assist me he was kind and sweet while I was being rude
