DISGUSTED
Today i looked on price comparison and saw that Game has the Goldair 3 panel gas heater for R549.00, went to Game Alberton City they had no stock, went to information and asked the Gentleman if he could look which stores had, he told us no stores have but they got at the warehouse, we asked if he could get us one and we will pay he very clearly told us NO.
I find thus kind of customer service absolutely disgusting.

29 May 2020, 09:44I did receive a private reply from Game but guess what i cant respond because it rejects my email, and as far as im concerned the reply was not good enough, no wonder no one wants to shop at Game anymore the service in the store and from the Head Office leaves alot to be desired
