Disgusted by treatment we had @Game SouthGate

I'm so disgusted by the service from Game South Gate Mall. My Mom and myself we went to buy Coca Cola that was on sale, buy 2 for R29. As we were loading bottles of coke in a trolley, a lady by the name of Maria or Mary told us to offload our trolleys because six pack coke is charged normal price of 18R. As we were offloading another gentleman and lady came told us to take six packs back to the trolley because what Maria or Marry told us is not true. Six packs can be charged per 2. We had about 8 six packs. And they said it won't be a problem buying 8 six packs at once. The gentleman helped to load the six packs back to the trolley. When we got to the till, a cashier and a packer told us we can only take 8 2 liter bottles per customer. I insisted on talking to the manager as we now have three different story's. I told a packer to go get the manager,. She was gone for over 20 minutes. We were standing there with manager no where to be found. I approved the gentleman who was working at the customer service desk. I told him I would like to talk to the Manager and I explained why I want to talk to him. As I was talking to the gentleman, lady packer came and she said the manager is coming. She was with another gentleman. Who told me he is a Manager. We went to the till where my poor mother was standing. This so called Manager, told me to buy 8 bottles of Coca Cola and go drop them outside and come buy more, and I should use a different till because the cameras are watching. he was very impatient and did not even want to hear what we went through before coming to the till. I told him what is saying is not worth my our time. First of all if his the Manager, he never greeted us and asked what the problem is. He was impatient and has an attitude. We decided to leave, but before we left I went back to the gentleman at the customer service desk and asked for this so called Managers name and surname. He told me his name is Daniel Mokeng. I told my mom as we were walking out, this store and the employees are a joke. And I do not think this Daniel Mo***en is the store Manager, with such attitude? WoW!! What a jaw drop.. and you wonder why we prefer branches like The Glen and so on.. I will never set my foot again in Game South Gate.
