Disgusted by the treatment i am getting from Game Stores

I am very disappointed with the service I am getting from Game Stores honestly. I bought a stove and a hood online and I chose delivery option. To my surprise I got an sms saying my order has been split into 2, 1 for delivery and 1 for picking up. To my surprise what they were going to deliver is a hood (something that I can put in my car) and I must collect the stove and the oven. I am helpless right now. Was told to collect the stove at the glen mall while I stay in Spring (which simply means R1000 extra from what I have spent for hiring transport). Its been 7 days my stove is still not delivered. The reason I bought the stove its because I don't have 1. Until now I have not received my stove. I am tired. I need my money, I don't want stories of 7-14 waiting for my money. I need my money now.
