Disgusted by the service received

I went a month ago to make a purchase at game so that when I moved all would be in order. Got the delivery on Friday but the fridge was damaged and had to be returned. You try and call and wait forever for them to answer. Takes like 10 calls before someone answers then another 10 to get the correct person to speak to and still no feedback. ****ed off beyond words. Your customer service is pathetic
