Disgusted by poor service

GAME MIDRAND (BOULDERS) Kaak service everytime I go to game midrand I receive poor service a month ago I went there to buy a couch and a stand the guy who was assisting me had no clue on what customers service is I was the one who had to come up with solutions since he said they don’t have stock on what I was looking for he then referred me to mall of Africa. A week after that scenario I went back to game midrand this time by making a phone call reason being I don’t want to drive all the way for nothing but surprisingly the service was not good either mind you is via the phone with my airtime. Today I went back to game midrand looking for a foldable dryer which was on special the cashier told me that they do not have that in stock i told her to check for it in the system because I won’t be leaving the store empty handed he then asked the manager to check the prices only to find out that I was correct it is indeed in special they then checked it in the system only to find out that they have more than 20 items in stock but yet is not displayed in floor also after waiting for plus 20 minutes this other cashier gave me a stinky attitude making me to go up and down just to make payment when I asked why she kept on saying ugly works in front of the so called manager. On that note I will be telling my friends and family to never make a purchase at game midrand.
