Disgusted by Game Stores Somerset

I bought a plasma screen TV at game on the 20 July 2020 at Somerset West Mall then it just went off on the 29th May 2021, we then returned it on that very same day,and were told that we will be contacted regarding it but instead we just had no TV for over a month now going on to 2 months now.

There hasn't been any communication whatsoever we are just left TV less in this cold weather. I am so disgusted by this because and since I want to keep the peace all I want is my money because I need to have a TV at home . I want my money I'll go and buy my TV somewhere else.

This is really frustrating I've never experienced such painful treatment in my whole life.
