Disgusted by Game Service ( Canal Walk)

I went to Game Canal Walk on the 21st July 2024, and I placed an order for blinds 3 packs and until today, no one has called me to come and collect. I have been at Game to check and I was told the blinds are not there yet, I went back few days later and the lady that was there just told me that when blinds have arrived they will phone me and that was it I left and on this day I kept on calling the Blinds desk no one picks up the phone. I have been without Blinds for my windows for nearly 3 weeks Game is saying absolutely nothing yet I paid for the full order.
