Disgusted by Game N1 City Service

If I could rate Game N1 City 0 stars I would!. We purchased a grass cutter last year the warranty was still valid when it broke and we returned it back to the store. Its been 6 months and the machine has not been repaired or replaced.

Game N1 city keeps giving us the run around and they still have the machine in their posession. Whenever we ask to speak to a manager no one is available. When we calls our calls goes unanswered the phone just rings and rings.

We are disgusted with the service received and they are definitely not living up to their consumer promise. I have raised a complaint and have not even received an acknowledgment from them. We are tired and will be raising a complaint with the ombudsman!
