Disgusted by A service received at Game (Vincent, East London)
Bought a Camp Master Camp chair last year in June. I noticed when I wanted to use the chair it had a default and returned it. I won't lie the manager that assisted me gladly replaced that chair. In December whilst I was at home sitting on that very same make of a Camp chair the same default as the previous one happened. It's difficult to explain it however in my opinion this is something that is common with the type of a chair that I bought, because I was going on holiday I left the chair at home in Butterworth. Last Saturday on the 18th Jan, I went to Game at Vincent branch to return the chair and the lady phone their floor manager (Dashley) who didn't even bother coming to have a chat with me up until I asked the lady (Lulu) to call him. He was so rude and showed no interest in assisting me. He clearly told me that he won't exchange the chair as 6 months has passed yet the chair is return 1 year warranty. He said I must phone Camp Master as most clients are returning these chairs and the 1 year warranty is with Camp not Game. I told him, I bought the chair at Game and not at Camp Master so I am expecting him to assist me accordingly. The guy did show any sympathy nor any empathy with my complaint, he left and instructed Lulu to take my details and book the chair on Monday. He didn't even bother to explain the process to me and he only said he cannot promise of Camp Master will accept this booking. I am so disappointed with this manager, how does one work as a manager if he cannot be friendly or sympathize with clients. Yes I understand at times some things might be beyond his control however he was not professional at all with me
