Disgusted and annoyed

I complained about my air fryer more than a month ago. To date have not spoken to anyone from Game. I received a message to call a manger but both his name and cell number was unclear on the voicemail left. I called enquire and left my details. To date no call back. Totally disgusted. They owe me R1 600

Please note that this issue was resolved and it was said that you can go to the store with your receipt by Urshula Ramashala.
