Disgusted about the service

I bought a defy fridge at Game Eastgate on the 2nd of April it was delivered to my new home on the 6th of April, to my surprise the fridge stopped working, I reported it and I was advised by the technician that the gas is finished, how as the fridge is brand new? That time I bought groceries for my kids now I had to throw everything out as it is spoiled my kids food. Now when I called game they tell me that they are still waiting for defy to replace the fridge and it will be some time next week, so in the meantime what are we supposed to eat?

I am so annoyed and frustrated about the service I received.
