Disgusted

It's been 4 weeks since you collected my washing machine and yet I am still waiting on my refund. I am disgusted with your customer service. I've been speaking to different consultants and everyone keeps on telling me you're waiting for the product to arrive on site. I don't understand why is it taking so long for the product to arrive on site, as to my understanding is "the site" game N1 city or game Century city. I freaking live in Mitchell's plain so why is it taking so long. Just give me my money back please. I'm so over this back and forth with you guys!!!
