Order number ***. No communication. No emails, no confirmation of payment, no invoice. Call center agent said he would call me back and I asked him please not just to say that he will call me back, I asked please call me back. I spent R30 airtime just to get through to an agent. Disgusted in their lack of service. Item was paid for on the 7th. Clearwater mall is 15km away from my delivery address. No updates on shipment, although it said will be delivered before or on the 14th of December.
