Disgusted

I bought a Hisense dishwasher from Game in July 2018, this dishwasher has now stopped working. A Hisense technician came to repair it after I fought and shouted for them to come to my house. The dishwasher only worked for 2 minutes and immediately after I called the technician, who said I was lying the dishwasher is working properly and I shouldnt tell him about it. So strange that the customer is treated this way and wit such disrespect. I am sitting with a dishwasher which is not working and I have paid over R5000 and Hisense DOESNT CARE. All GAme is saying is that we are working on it, and as much as you bought this from us the warranty is with Hisense and we trying to help you. The dishwasher is hardly a year and its not working. It been a month now after I contacted Game and Hisense and I am still stuck with a dishwasher that is not working
