Disgusted!

Game - Greenacres I dont know why I even bother going to this store, from the staff, to the cleaners, to the people at the tills, they are all unhelpful, unknowledgeable and just rude! I went into the store yesterday 25 October to purchase the special you had on the Samsung 9kg toploader for R2999.00. I was going to buy it on line and pay for delivery, but the delivery would have taken longer than what i wanted to wait, so I chose the store. The staff firstly took their time in assisting me and decided to rather continue their personal conversation. When I inquired about the delivery costs, I just about died when they told me it would cost R350 [website is R200]. When I asked how they could justify this, they shrugged their shoulders and said it was a private company. When I asked why there was a discrepancy, again "Its a private company". The sales lady, then rudely walked away. Right there and then, you have lost a client for life! I will NEVER shop there again, regardless your specials and I can assure you, that many of my friends feel the same I have bought the same machine at a competitor and guess what, delivery is ONLY R70.00 Well Done!
