disgusted

Absolutely disgusted with the Managers behavior ( Mizz Portia). Her complete lack of competency to deal with my issue was shocking . "store policy is apparently not to be found anywhere and a customer is to accept what they ( management and staff) say as rule and law". this absurd statement was coupled with a serious condescending tone and bad attitude when i demanded that they provided me with the store policy regarding my purchase and the possibility of it needing to be assessed by a technician .

the staff are clearly uneducated when it comes to customer service and addressing issues pertaining to store policy .i was then cut off by the manager and simply directed to a secretary who then had to escalate the matter to Mizz Portias apparent boss.

this poor display of leadership is a direct reflection on the company as whole and quite frankly, SHOCKING !!!!!!!!!!!
