Disgusted!!!

I bought a samsung washn machine in aug at Game stores,when the product was opened the draining pipe was broken..i reported the incident two months after due to the fact i am not based here and it was difficult for me to come home at the time,the sales lady that assisted me never explained the terms and conditions and whn i came back to report the matter at Game i was told it out of gaurantee and that i have to purchase the pipe myself,when i explained that it was not my fault but of the manufaturer they logged a call to samsung so they have guys over at my house to have allook at it,on their arrival they tooks pics of the unit and sayed they will get back to me..To cut the story they giving me run around Samsung is informing me that i should buy the pipe cause its not their fault and its out of gaurantee for something i did not cause..i am ****en ****ed about the service and i would like to be reimburesed caused i am not satisfied..Thank you
