DISGUST AT THE SERVICE PROVIDED

Once again, I am very disgusted and beyond disappointed at the putrid service I am receiving from Game Stores. I have finally managed to get their faulty Washing machine collected from my premises which was here from the 21st March 2020 and now I am have to WAIT for a refund that was due to me since THAT TIME. I called this morning to Game Online Shopping which is where I had bought this washing machine from and I could clearly hear a discussion going on between call centre agents yet no-one was attending to my call..I yelled yet no-one seemed concerned. I am very IRATE as this treatment and is getting really ****ED at the whole process of refunding taking 4 MONTHS yet when you purchase an item, they are quick to take YOUR MONEY.
