Disgruntled single mom

I bought my daughter a bicycle on the 5th of December 2020,there was no one to assist with assembling it at the shop,2 weeks later the back wheel has been giving us problems it's a 24inches Raleigh ladies mountain bicycle we have to pump it every now and then. We went back to the shop Samuel pumps it and see the issue he then tells me that the guarantee is only for the body and not tyres so I ask for his opinion he suggested we buy a new tube or patch I bought a new tube and asked him to fit the new tube for me because I don't have anyone to fit it for me and he said he doesn't fit just sells the bicycles I then asked him to get someone from his colleagues to assist but he said the is no one to assist I was so disappointed because even when I bought I did mention that I wanted to leave the shop with the bicycle assembled yet even when I come back with a legitimate concern I still don't get assisted. I don't know if it's the game guys not being equipped with knowledge of the product they are selling or it's the Raleigh guys not having personnel to assist even on weekends but it makes the shopping experience very bad, I warned to get a refund but she has waited so long for the bicycle I ended up replacing the tube in the shop by myself, Samuel gave me the tools and pumped the tyre .I was not happy but I had no choice because I know my daughter really loves this bicycle
