Disgruntled for account which was supposed to be closed

I would just like to vent my frustration for an account that was closed almost 2years ago, still appearing on the credit bureau as open.

I have tried contacting RCS (game ) telephonically and been at the RCS branch which they advised me account is closed but still showing on the credit bureau as open to date.

This looks like I have many accounts open on my name and it is not a good reflection.

I have been in contact with the credit bureau and they advised me the account is still open, status showing paid up instead of closed.

I would like you to please address this urgently because this is false information on my credit profile.
