Disgruntled client

Firstly I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the way the store treated me . I am at game west street Durban buying a gazibo , was assisted by decent young guy who took me to the lift and was instructed to be assisted by musa , on our way out the Guy by the name of Musa said this is not his job and left me standing till a young lady assisted me . Is this how you train your staff to treat clients ?
