Disgruntled and shopping at Game

In terms of Customer Service Game is fine. However after returning the previous Russell Hobbs water dispenser and repacing it, I get home and unpack and the second one and the is a dent in the side and the back element us slightly lose. I don't even think it would be worth a second return. If a person understand they were purchasing faulty products at least it's expected. But not brand new supposes to be straight from the box.
