Disgraceful Service at Game Stores online

I had the misfortune to think that Game being as big as it is will be quick to make a delivery. Wow what a let down one month later and still no sign of my order but i have paid the first installment off my card already. there is no accountability anymore and am very disappointed in Game Stores.
