Disgraceful service

Well where do I even start! I received thee most pathetic service from Game... And I am extremely annoyed and frustrated. On the 27 I placed an online order for a entertainment Unit. It was delivered by the couriers on the 1 December. Now let me tell you what the issue is: 1.The packaging was broken when we received it and the couriers tried to tape it up. 2.when we open the package the wood itself was chipped 3.there was suppose to be 6 wheels, it only came with 5. 4.all the *****s and hardware needed to assemble the entertainment unit was laying around in the box,and some of it in a broken packet. We immediately called the call center to report this. After 5 calls we were promised that this package would be collected and it would be replaced with a new one! Fast forward 29 days later... Still no collection and I'm sitting with an item I can't use.i have called numerous times and it was dealt false promises! The service is pathetic, disappointing and disgraceful. I've ordered from Game online before and had no hassles and was happy with the items.. This entire situation has got me thinking twice before ever supporting this store again #unhappycustomer No one has bothered contacting me regarding this and I am at Wits end.
