DISGRACEFUL Customer Service treatment of Pensioner

I brought a Canon printer from Game (Shelly beach) in Nov 2023 for less than R2,000 and it stopped working but it was under warranty so I returned it in Jan 2024. It took them a few weeks to look at and then told me the warranty was not valid as it was a ****roach infestation! The printer was under a protected cover the entire time at my house, but they sat with it for weeks which I can only presume it was in a storeroom or warehouse, so highly likely it was from their treatment of my printer.

I was informed it would cost R3,000 to fix which I complained about and it was lowered to R2,000 but that was still more than I paid for the printer!

I refused and they now say I owe a rejection fee of R 480. This is SHOCKING treatment of a pensioner and seems Game disregards warranties. I have lost all trust in them.
