Disgraceful customer service

Game mall of Africa has the worst customer service from reception to the departments. I recently called in to speak to someone from outdoor but the call never gets picked up and never goes back to reception. When asked to speak to a Manager.. It the same thing over again.. The call Never gets picked up. Game please upgrade your customer service...
