Disgraceful

We had purchased a laptop from Game. They gave us the incorrect laptop (not the one we requested. The specs differs). Upon going home and starting up the laptop we realized that the specs are incorrect. They had given us a lower spec laptop. Upon going to the store they questioning us as to why we had activated the laptop and we shouldn't have. They gave us what we did not request and made it look as though we did the wrong thing. Then another game with arrogance and attitude and swearing on the floor. Disgraceful and pathetic. We buy a lot of stuff from Game. We will now be purchasing from Makro.
