disgrace

I had a consultant call me now. And tell me she basically cannot help me with my damadged item as I paid cash with it and not a card and I do not have my slip but they can see on their sysytem I bought the item there. She said I must bring the item in and they will send it for repairs but I have to pay for the repairs of which I have a two year garentee on this item. So please people be warmed if you want to purchase anything from game use your card if your do not have a card do not purchase anything valuable there as you would have to pay for it again. I am not happy I am fuming. This is unacceptable, what kind of system do they have now I am sitting with a broken microwave which has a 2 year garentee but was told I must pay for the repairs myself and they can meet me half way this is ********.
