Disdplaying out of stock item

Having displayed item on the shelves and not having it after i was told to go pay and then come get the game. Then when i went to go get the game no stock. Having o wait 10 mins for the manger and then another 5 to get my refund. Terrible serivce and waist of time. Why dont u just close your doors.
