Discovery Gazebo

Please may I recieve assistance?

I have purchased a Discovery 17 Gazebo on the 26th November 2020 on the second use of the gazebo one of the cross clamps broke, which then caused the tent to release and tear. I then took the gazebo to Game and they advised that the structure could be repaired however the warranty doesn't cover the tent. Fair enough had the cross clamp did not break the tent would not have been released and the tent would not have been torn? I am not happy with the product and the fact that it snapped on the second use only? Please advise on a way forward. A gazebos use is to provide shade with the tent not being replaced or repaired how does one use it(the structure only because that is being repaired and )? How can I be rest assured that the repaired structured will not brake again? Can anyone advise what the C.P.A states with regards to my query? Not a happy customer at all.
