DISATISFACTION WITH GAME STORES ONLINE: ORDER NO: ***

Good day I have ordered online at Game store i paid my order via EFT till today i never got a positive feedback. I have send them the proof of payment which states that the order was paid my order number is ***. since then they are telling me of the public holiday which was 2 days ago and the order was placed on the 25th April 2022. Till today their agents are telling that my quiry has been escalated and the never provided me with feedback. kindly attend to this matter cause the amount of R697-00 was paid to their company.
