Disaster at Game Trade Route Mall Cellphone Counter

We app**** for a cellphone contract on the 24th December 2021 at Game in Trade Route Mall Lenasia and to date there is no response, the lady on the cellphone counter promised us that we will get the devices by Wednesday this week and today is Thursday and nothing has happened.

We are the ones who are calling to make a follow-up and no one from the store has the decency to call and give us an update, worst part is that when we call there is no answer.
