Disappointment by such a big Store[Game Stores], Never expected it,

I visited one of the Game stores in Bloemfontein and saw a note saying "Find it cheaper, we will beat the price, 10% on the difference", basically I wanted to buy a built-in oven, hob and hood and I saw them cheaper at Makro, excited that I'm gonna get a discount, to my surprise they only match the price and give 10% discount on the difference, I found this very deceiving as there's no beating of the price at all, trying to find clarity on beating the price I called their customer care and I wondered why they call it customer care because they referred me back to the store and they were all so rude to me they even left me hanging on the line.
