Disappointing service from Game Stores

I ordered a bicycle for my son on the 12th of October. It was supposed to be delivered between 5 and 7 business days. The days have passed, and I still have not received my order. I have already phoned Game Stores 3 times - every time I phoned they said they'll follow up with dispatch and get back to me. I haven't received a call from Game until today.

I phoned again today, and the lady I found told me the very same thing.
