DISAPPOINTING SERVICE FROM GAME N1 CITY

I have no words for the way my query at this company was handled .

I got married in 2023 and my aunt bought me a Bennet microwave as a wedding gift .She handed me the receipt and told me that I have a 2year warranty on the microwave ...so I kept the slip just incase anything happens .

Well...my microwave just randomly stopped working and no longer heats up or anything even though it still looks brand new .I then called Games customer service who told me that I should have two years warranty on the item and could go to the closest branch nearby with my receipt .I do not have a car so my husband and i had to travel with the microwave to the nearest branch .When I got there I was told that I do not have a two year warranty on the item because you get 1year warranty and then need to apply for the next year online ...the more I tried to explain that it was a gift to me from my aunt and I thought I had 2 year warranty the more they said there is nothing they can do to assist me ...even thought their customer care line said I should still have warranty on the order and that it ends on the 4th NOVEMBER 2025 this year only ...On top of that I was told that I must take my broken microwave to the Tygervalley branch as that is where I bought it .

I'm not a difficult person but I too work in customer care and know that the way I was treated and misguided was completely wrong .They didn't even look at my receipt when I gave it to them .

I'm really disappointed because this is a really good brand microwave and now it's not working and they not willing to even assist. 😒
